Production time

We begin making your piece after you place an order.

Production time is usually 5–10 working days before your order leaves the studio.

Shipping

All Sheep Studio pieces are made to order in our Croatian studio and shipped with tracked delivery.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the European Union.

If you’re based outside the EU and would like to order, send us an email and we’ll see what we can do.

Shipping options & prices

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. All parcels are sent with tracked delivery.

Delivery times (after dispatch)

Once your order has been shipped, approximate delivery times are:

– Croatia: 2-4 working days

– EU: 5-10 working days

These are estimates and can vary slightly due to postal delays, strikes or seasonal traffic.

Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel on its way to you.

Returns

We hope you’ll love your Sheep Studio piece, but if something isn’t right, you can request a return.

Return window

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, email us at [email protected] with:

  • your order number
  • the item(s) you’d like to return

We’ll reply with the return address and simple instructions.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

  • unused, unworn and unwashed
  • in their original condition
  • with any tags or packaging still present

Please try on pieces gently and avoid exposing them to strong smells (perfume, smoke, etc.) until you’re sure you’ll keep them.

Because our pieces are handmade in small batches, we reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear or damage.

Return shipping costs

Unless your item is faulty or we sent the wrong product:

  • return shipping is at your own cost
  • we recommend a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for returns lost in transit

We do not accept parcels sent “cash on delivery”.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected], including:

  • your order number
  • a short description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and the packaging

If the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect, we will:

  • repair or replace it where possible, or
  • offer a refund if a replacement isn’t available

In these cases, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or refusal of the refund.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Original shipping costs may not be refundable, depending on the reason for the return and local regulations.
