These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through the Sheep Studio online shop at https://sheepstudio.eu (the “Site”).

References to “we”, “us” and “our” are to Sheep Studio. References to “you” and “your” are to the customer placing an order.
By placing an order on the Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through our webshop.
They do not apply to wholesale or business-to-business arrangements.
3. Products
Sheep Studio offers small-batch crochet and knit pieces, including (but not limited to) bags, handwarmers and scarves.
- All items are handmade and often made to order.
- Slight variations in colour, texture or dimensions are normal and part of the character of handmade pieces.
- We do our best to display colours accurately, but screens and devices can differ. A small deviation in colour tone is not considered a defect.

4. Prices and currency
- All prices on the Site are shown in EUR (€).
- We are not VAT registered; no VAT is charged.
Shipping costs and any additional charges (if applicable) are shown separately at checkout before you complete your order.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown on the Site at the time you place your order.
5. Ordering and contract formation
- By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the item(s) in your cart.
- After you submit your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, not that a contract has been concluded.
- A binding purchase contract is formed when we send a shipping confirmation email or when we actually dispatch your order, whichever occurs first.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example if:
- the product is not available,
- we suspect fraud,
- there is a pricing or description error.
In such cases, any payments already made will be refunded.
6. Payment
Payment must be made at the time of ordering through the methods available at checkout.
These may include:
- Credit or debit card (processed by Stripe)
- PayPal
- Bank transfer
- Other local payment options
Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
7. Production time and shipping
Most pieces are made to order.
- Production time: Production usually takes 5–10 working days from the date of your order. This may vary depending on order volume and product type.
- Shipping area: At this time, we ship to addresses within the European Union.
- Shipping method: Orders are shipped with tracked delivery via GLS or Hrvatska pošta.
- Delivery time (after dispatch):
- Croatia: 2–4 working days
- EU: 5–10 working days
These delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g. postal delays, customs checks, strikes, holiday periods).
If there is a significant delay in production or shipping, we will contact you by email.
8. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
As a guide (you can adjust once you know your prices):
- Croatia: from 5€
- EU (Central) — €24
- Slovenia, Hungary, Slovakia, Austria, Czech Republic, Poland, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Romania, Italy, Bulgaria, Denmark, Ireland
- EU (Distant) — €36
- Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Sweden, Greece, Finland, France, Spain, Portugal, Malta, Cyprus (European part)
Any additional customs duties or import taxes for deliveries outside the EU (if you later enable this) are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Right of withdrawal (returns for change of mind)
If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The 14-day period starts on the day you (or a person you designate) receive the goods.
- To exercise this right, you must inform us clearly by email at [email protected] within the 14-day period, stating your order number and which item(s) you wish to return.
You then have 14 days from the date you notify us to send the item(s) back.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
For standard made-to-order pieces that follow our regular designs and colourways, the right of withdrawal generally still applies.
10. Return conditions and costs
To be eligible for a refund:
- Items must be returned unused, unworn and unwashed.
- Items must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging (if applicable).
- Please take care when trying on accessories and avoid contact with makeup, perfume, smoke, etc.
Unless your item is faulty or we sent the wrong item:
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- We recommend using a tracked service. We cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund of the product price to your original payment method. Original shipping costs may not be refundable, depending on your jurisdiction and the type of return.
11. Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at [email] within 7 days of receiving your order, including:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos showing the problem
If the item is deemed faulty or incorrect, we will:
- offer a replacement (if available), or
- offer a refund of the product price and any applicable shipping costs.
This does not limit your statutory rights under Croatian and EU consumer law, including legal warranty rights.
12. Product care
We provide Care Instructions on the Site. It is your responsibility to follow these recommendations.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, such as:
- washing at higher temperatures than recommended,
- tumble drying,
- using bleach or harsh chemicals,
- cutting pulled threads instead of adjusting them as advised.
13. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, product names, designs, photos and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Sheep Studio and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not use, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
14. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for:
- minor differences between product images and the actual product,
- delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure),
- any indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of profits, that arises in connection with the use of our Site or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Croatia and applicable EU law.
If we cannot resolve a dispute together, you may:
- bring a claim before the competent courts in Croatia, and
- as an EU consumer, have the right to use the EU online dispute resolution platform (ODR).
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time you place your order will apply to that order.
If we make significant changes affecting your rights, we will try to notify you by email or by a notice on the Site.
